Mariela Teragni is an illustrator and graphic designer, born in Argentina, in 1984. Since childhood she always had a great inclination for the plastic arts. She studied Graphic Design at the University of Buenos Aires. Her interest in book design and her passion for drawing drove her to start her studies as an illustrator.
Mariela studied illustration with José Sanabria, Claudia Legnazzi, Cristian Turdera, Mónica Weiss and Paloma Valdivia. She also participated in several workshops: watercolor, narrative, lettering, serigraphy, artistic coaching and creativity.
Inspired by nature, abstract art and textile design, her work is characterized by the empathy of her characters and the sensitivity of her illustrations. She currently works in her studio in Buenos Aires, making design and illustration projects.
